WORKING HERE

Engineers Who Stay

Our median tenure is nine years. In an industry that churns, that is the number we are proudest of.

People stay because the work is genuinely technical and the feedback loop is short. A process engineer here sees their change run on a press the same week. A toolmaker watches the mold they cut produce two million parts. Nobody is three layers removed from the thing being made.

We hire for curiosity and hand it real responsibility early — including to apprentices, who run their own qualification projects from year two.

WHAT WE OFFER

Beyond The Salary

Specifics vary by site and local law. These apply everywhere we operate.

Continuous Training

A funded training budget and paid study time for certifications, from CMM operation to Six Sigma black belt.

Predictable Shifts

Rosters published four weeks ahead. Shift swaps handled between colleagues, not escalated through management.

Health & Occupational Care

On-site occupational health, subsidised health cover, and hearing and vision screening as standard.

Profit Participation

An annual company performance bonus paid to every employee on the same percentage basis, floor to board.

Internal Mobility

Open roles are posted internally first, and cross-site moves between Stuttgart, Plzeň and Querétaro are supported.

Commuter Support

Subsidised public transport, secure cycle storage with showers, and a company bike leasing scheme.

VACANCIES

Open Positions

Nine roles currently open. If none of them fit but you think you belong here, send a speculative application — we read every one.

EARLY CAREERS

Apprenticeships & Dual Study

We train our own. Roughly a third of our current engineers and technicians started here as apprentices, and we take a new intake every September across all three sites.

Apprentices rotate through tooling, molding, metrology and automation before specialising, and run an independent qualification project from year two. Retention after completion runs above eighty percent.

QUESTIONS

Before You Apply

Do I need to speak German to work in Stuttgart?
For most engineering roles, no — our technical working language is English and a good part of the team is international. Shop-floor and shift roles do need conversational German for safety briefings and handovers. We fund language tuition for anyone who wants to build on what they have.
Do you sponsor visas or support relocation?
Yes, for roles where we cannot fill the skills locally. We cover the visa process, relocation costs and temporary accommodation for the first three months, and our HR team handles the registration paperwork with you rather than handing you a checklist.
Is remote or hybrid work possible?
It depends honestly on the role. Simulation, program management and design roles typically work two days a week from home. Tooling, molding, metrology and automation roles are on-site by nature — the machines do not travel.
I am changing industries. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We have hired process engineers out of medical devices, packaging and aerospace, and the transfer is usually straightforward. What matters is that you have owned a process and can talk about what went wrong on it and what you did about it.
What if none of the open roles fit?
Send a speculative application through the contact page with a note on what you do. We keep them on file for twelve months and genuinely do come back to them — several current colleagues joined that way, before the role they now hold existed.
